Carla is our Head of Brands and a key member of the leadership team. She oversees the development and execution of our brand communications and marketing. Working with Layla, she makes sure all brands are reflected accurately and consistently across all internal and customer facing touchpoints.

Carla pulls her experience from a variety of industries, including the film and radio industry where she landed her first job in marketing.

Having the opportunity to turn an initial idea into a successful brand, and the creative freedom her role provides is what feeds Carla’s passion. She loves creating marketing strategies, collaborating with others and utilising different skill sets to create an amazing end result.

Originally from Mexico City, Carla took part in an exchange programme at university that brought her over to the UK where she discovered a love for ice skating. She trains regularly and takes part in competitions with her synchronised skating team in Altrincham!
